COVID Procedures (Shopping, Pick Up & Exchanges)
Thank you for supporting our small shop during these incredibly challenging times.
While our physical store front is closed, were still a fully operational online shop. We thought putting one page with all of the links you might need in one place might make it even easier to support us!
Shipping & Pick Up Options:
At the very END of your transaction you are able to select 1.) Curb Side pick up at our store (FREE), 2.) Flat rate shipping ($15.00) OR 3.) FREE SHIPPING if your order is $50.00 (+ before tax) you can also use the code FREESHIP and the $15.00 fee is waived.
Curb Side Pick up:
Our regular policies apply (click here) however returning the item to our shop looks a little different:
1.) Please email us with your Name, Order Number and item you would like to return.
2.) Once the return is approved:
- Mail back the item to our store. We recommend using tracking. For details including address please visit here.
- Return the item in person by doing a "reverse" curb side pick up. Call us 30 minutes before coming to give us the heads up and make sure the product is in a clean 1 use bag so we are easily able to remove it from your trunk.
- Once we have received your item, we hold the piece for 48 hours before opening it to inspect it. At this time if all policies are followed we will issue your instore credit via email
*If you've taken advantage of our free shipping code, it is only for the product being sent to you, it is your responsibility to return it to the store via mail or in person should that be what you decide.
