General Rental Hours:

Monday- Friday: After 6pm

Saturday: After 3pm

Sunday: All Day rentals available

* Depending on the day and time, there could be a minimum hours requirement

Cloverdale Rental Space

Booking Fees:

Times listed below INCLUDES Set up/take down time

Hourly rate: $40.00 per hour + GST

All day: $280.00 (8 hours) 

Rental costs and all associated fees are due in full a minimum of 5 days in advance of the booking.

Full Refunds will only be given on canceled bookings 5 Business days prior to the event.

*All garbage/recycling/supplies must be removed from the location and the space must be swept and left how it was when you arrived. A $60.00 cleaning fee will be applied should any cleaning be required* 

License requirements:  A Temporary Food Permit may be obtained from Fraser Health for clients who will be selling food. Application forms can be found on the Fraser Health website or by calling 604-930-5405

Special Occasion Liquor License If applicable and a license is required; visit (Most applications are approved online instantly)
