General Rental Hours:

Monday- Friday: After 6pm

Saturday: After 3pm

Sunday: All Day rentals available

* Depending on the day and time, there could be a minimum hours requirement

Cloverdale Rental Space

Booking Fees:

Times listed below INCLUDES Set up/take down time

Hourly rate: $40.00 per hour + GST

All day: $280.00 (8 hours) 

Rental costs and all associated fees are due in full a minimum of 5 days in advance of the booking.

Full Refunds will only be given on canceled bookings 5 Business days prior to the event.

*All garbage/recycling/supplies must be removed from the location and the space must be swept and left how it was when you arrived. A $60.00 cleaning fee will be applied should any cleaning be required* 

License requirements:  A Temporary Food Permit may be obtained from Fraser Health for clients who will be selling food. Application forms can be found on the Fraser Health website www.fraserhealth.ca or by calling 604-930-5405

Special Occasion Liquor License If applicable and a license is required; visit https://specialevents.bcldb.com/ (Most applications are approved online instantly)
