STORE FRONT CLOSURE:

Hello friends,

As many of you are aware, we’ve had to make the very difficult decision to close our storefront location (for now) November 28,2024, With a significant rent increase, a new baby at home and a fickle economy, I am just not able to take the risk on at this time. This has been incredibly difficult on me, our amazing team and of course the community.

The good news- we’re  transitioning to an online only store (for now) while we navigate the next few months into the new year. I’m starting to feel a bit excited about this. I know we can maintain our connection here while we navigate this and figure out our next steps forward.  I will carry many of your favourites that you’ve gotten to love from our offerings as well as many of the amazing clothing pieces that have become staples for you in your closet. If you’re an online shopper with us, not a ton will change for you.

You’ll hear more from me but I wanted to be sure to send an email incase you missed our social media posts or haven’t visited us in store.

What about our gift cards?
Your gift cards (as they always have been) will be valid on our online store. (We will be pausing online in December and re-launching in the new year).

Is there a Local Pick Up?

Pick up location: TRULY Headquarters 106-1769665A ave. Surrey, B.C. (Mon-Fri 8-4pm) Parking can be limited as this is a light industrial area so please plan accordingly. This information will also be in your “ready for pick up” email. Do not visit until you have received this email (check your junk email). If you are sending someone to pick up your order for you, please provide them with the pick up email.

What about shipping?

YES of course we ship! Free shipping on all orders Canada wide over $125 before tax. Alternatively we offer $12 flat rate shipping. Please note we are using UPS, CANPAR, PURLATOR and FEDEX during the Canada Post Strike.
